Free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union. Returns are included at no additional cost.
You may return items free of charge within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have the original labels attached. If circumstances prevent you from returning your items on time, please contact our customer service in advance.
Returning your items is free and easy. Follow these steps:
Complete the return form (included in your package).
Place the return form and the items in the box.
Place the enclosed DHL return label over the old shipping label.
Drop off the package at a DHL pickup point: https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/dhl-servicepoints
Keep the proof of shipment.
You can also return your items at a Just Brands store, provided you did not pay with Klarna. Returns in-store are possible up to a maximum of € 250. Always bring the packing slip.
Following this procedure is not a required condition for exercising your legal right of withdrawal.
After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email within four business days. The refund will be issued within two business days thereafter via the original payment method.
If you used Klarna and have not yet paid the invoice, it will be adjusted within five business days after the return confirmation.
If you have already paid through Klarna, you will receive any refund within five business days after the return confirmation.
If you have not heard anything within five business days after the return confirmation, please contact our customer service.
Please note: the refund will be issued by Just Brands B.V.
That is not a problem. You can return the item in a different box, as long as it is sturdy and securely sealed. Returns in plastic bags will not be accepted.
After your return has been processed, your coupon code will automatically be reactivated so you can use it again for a future order.
Please note: the birthday voucher is a one-time gift and will not be reactivated. The original terms of the coupon continue to apply.
If your return causes your order total to fall below the minimum amount required to receive the free item, you must return the free item as well. If you do not return it, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
If your total remains above the minimum amount, you can keep the free item.
Please contact our customer service to request a new DHL return label. You will receive a printable label or a QR code that can be scanned at a DHL ServicePoint.
No, returning items is completely free using the enclosed DHL return label.
It is not possible to exchange an item. You may return it free of charge and place a new order if you wish.

Include your order number, the article number (from the care label), a short description, and a photo of the issue.
Underwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn or washed and is still in its original packaging.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. For partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Yes. Once your return has been handed over and processed by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number. You can track the status here:
