Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it can be changed or cancelled within 5 minutes after placing the order. Please call us. Do you get an agent who isn't able to do this for you, no worries, we will receive a notification, and no further costs will be charged. Did you order the wrong size or change your mind? You can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
I received a discount code. Where can I enter it?
You can enter your discount code in the shopping cart. Click on “Do you have a discount code?” and enter the code to apply the discount.
